Star Studded Jewelry does everything to make your purchasing experience over the internet easy. The following are Star Studded Jewelry’s Terms. Return Policy

For any product retuned in new unused condition within 14 days of receipt the full purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded. All returns items over $100.00 must be sent prepaid to Star Studded Jewelry and correctly packaged. On any returns it is suggested you ship them via returned registered mail. In this way they can be tracked and insured as necessary, as credit will only be issued after receipt of package and merchandise in the condition it was sent to you. In the event of a return it is necessary that you contact Star Studded Jewelry for a Return Authorization.

Warranty

Any products with defects in workmanship or material will be repaired at no charge to the purchaser within 90 days of purchase. On any warranty work it is suggested you ship items in a way that they can be tracked, insure them as necessary and correctly packaged. In the event of any warranty work it is necessary that you contact Star Studded Jewelry for a Warranty Authorization.

Repairs

Any products needing repair must be shipped to Star Studded Jewelry within 100 days of initial purchase and must be shipped in the proper container. Any repair work done not covered under warranty by Star Studded Jewelry will be at customer’s expense and the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges. On any repair work it is recommended you ship items in a way that they can be tracked, insure them as necessary and correctly packaged.  In the event of any repair work it is necessary that you contact Star Studded Jewelry for a Repair Authorization.

Shipping

Shipping is F.O.B. and it is recommended that insurance be obtained for all shipments. In stock items will generally ship within 48 hours. Custom made items ship upon completion after payment has been made to Star Studded Jewelry. Shipping is normally via USPS priority mail with delivery conformation however, we can ship UPS or Federal Express. We do not ship COD.
We are able to ship to most countries, for an additional charge of $25.00

Payment

Visa, Master Card, Discover and Pay Pal are acceptable forms of payment as well as cashiers checks and money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be charged as required by Florida law for sales shipped within the state of Florida and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to remit the necessary sales tax payment to their respective state if shipment is outside of the State of Florida.
